Mendocino Dance Project is offering free weekly dance classes for people with Parkinson's, their family members, and caregivers. Classes offer healthy and fun ways to build strength, coordination, balance, and stability all while using creativity and imagery to inspire movement. This program is made possible in part by The Community Foundation of Mendocino County’s 2025 Fund for Healthy and Inclusive Communities Grant.

Join us at Todd Grove Park every third Saturday for Ukiah’s largest community yard sale.

Applications are due the Friday the week before each date or when spaces fill. Please contact us for availability.

"Bring your ax, your voice, your dancin' shoes, or just your ears!"

Mendocino Dance Project is offering free weekly dance classes for people with Parkinson's, their family members, and caregivers. Classes offer healthy and fun ways to build strength, coordination, balance, and stability all while using creativity and imagery to inspire movement. Live band, with caller to teach steps used in simple country dances. Come before 7:30 to get signed in. Instruction begins promptly at 7:30. Wear comfortable clothes and smooth-soled shoes. Friendly folks, no partner necessary, everybody dances with everybody. Soooo much fun!!
