At Highlight Gallery in Mendocino we are pleased to host a show entitled 'Monarama' by local artist, Richard Weiss. Richard has taken Mona Lisa and put her in interesting situations, wardrobes and with family and friends! Some of his images are painted kinetic linocuts and others were created in watercolor pencil or acrylics. This show is definitely worth a viewing and Richard will be in the gallery for a meet and greet on September 13th from 4 to 7pm during Mendocino's Second Saturday Art Walk event so please come by and chat with him about his riffs on Mona! The show will run from September 5th through October 30th, six days a week (gallery closed Thursdays) from 11am to 4pm. Hope to see you soon!

Sally will be showing her new, exciting, mixed media abstract paintings and her mother, Francine, is a pastel artist and paints lovely, serene landscapes. The show will run from September 5th through September 30th. There will also be a chance to meet them in person between 4pm and 7pm on September 13th during Mendocino's monthly Second Saturday Art Walk event.
