The Anderson Valley Housing Association will be having a BBQ fundraiser, with the help of the AV Lion's Club, on August 9, from 4:00PM to 7:00 PM. We will have music, local wines, and a raffle (gift certificates donated by local restaurants/businesses) during the event. Entrance will be from the gate across Greenwood Road, mile marker 20.15.

We will be raising funds to refurbish and improve our community's three low-income workforce housing projects.

Join us at the Bliss Room at Brutocao Cellars in downtown Hopland for the 46th Annual People's Choice Blind Wine Tasting Competition! Taste, judge, and celebrate with fellow wine enthusiasts. Rarely do wine drinkers get the chance to taste and judge wine blind, like professional judges - this is your opportunity! The list of wines will be revealed after the competition ends. This unique event is a special opportunity to taste and judge the world-class wines of Mendocino County, Wine Enthusiast's current Wine Region of the Year! $50 tickets - only 100 sold!

This fundraising event at the Fairgrounds in Boonville supports the Mendocino County Fair and Apple Show. In addition to a delicious BBQ, there will be a cake auction and a no-host bar. BBQ begins at 3 PM. At 9 AM that morning, there are Sheep Dog Trials in the arena. All proceeds support the fairgrounds.

Project Hope for Palestine invites you to a fundraiser at Rivino Winery featuring Cuban music by Marcos Pereda. Project Hope for Palestine provides potable water, medicine, and baby food for Gaza. Sip Rivino Estate wines, enjoy appetizers and desserts by donation while raising funds for this humanitarian project.

The Willits Rotary Club and the Seabiscuit Therapeutic Riding Center (STRC) are gearing up for their annual
“Claws for a Cause” fundraiser to be held Saturday evening, August 30, 2025 at the “Howard House” lawn on the historic Ridgewood Ranch, home of the famed racehorse, Seabiscuit, just south of Willits. Proceeds from this event will benefit STRC with 10% to the Willits Rotary Scholarship Fund. STRC is a therapeutic horsemanship program dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities through teaching the skill of horsemanship to help with daily life. We provide services to residents of Mendocino and Lake Counties.
Guests will enjoy this beautiful setting with an evening of fine dining and live music.

Live music by The Back Porch Trio, dinner is prepared by Black Dog Farm and Catering to include Maine Lobster, prime rib and dessert.

Live Music by Bryn and Blue Souls, Buckridge Racket Club, Burnt and Funkasauras. Local food, beverage and craft vendors and kid's activities! Commemorative beer cups, t-shirts and Arena Cove Stewards stickers. Join us for this community run event presented by Arena Cove Stewards!!! 100% of proceeds go directly to Hoist and Pier repairs and maintenance!!
