Join your community for a fun, free day of emergency preparedness and hands-on activities. The Fire and Earthquake Safety Expo is the largest in-person emergency preparedness event in Sonoma County. The Expo has something for everyone:

The Expo is a unique event to help Sonoma County and the surrounding areas be better prepared for the next wildfire and earthquake. ClassiCann — a live, outdoor classical music & cannabis festival. On Saturday May 25th, in Plantshop’s picturesque 1/2 acre outdoor lounge, professional local and Bay Area musicians will perform well-known classical, popular, and Mariachi pieces.
The afternoon also includes tasty treats by local favorite, Farola Empanadas, mocktails, a local cannabis farmers market, and silent auction to benefit local non-profit music programs.This is a don’t miss event! Where else can you enjoy world-class classical music plus cannabis against a backdrop of lush mountain views?

May 30th job fair will have a number of Mendocino County's largest employers present to speak with job seekers about their current job opportunities. Job seekers will have the ability to share their resume, fill out an application and network with employer recruitment teams.

River Oak Charter School is pleased to once again be presenting the Pastels on the Plaza event at Alex R. Thomas Plaza in downtown Ukiah on June 1st, 2024. The main event runs from 10am to 3pm with traditional maypole dances open to all at 9am.
This annual event transforms the plaza into a charming festival scene of dance, food, live music and most importantly- plein air pastel art supported by the joint effort of local businesses and over 100 artists. Throughout the day the event will have a variety of performances. Some of which will be Maypole dances, live bands, Capoeira Force das Aguas, and Ballet Folkloric. The event will have booths and vendors with raffles, carnival games, merchandise, and educational activities. There will be a variety of food and drinks available for purchase including BBQ from the Lions Club.
