MCPB Board of Directors Elections

KZYX is opening applications for its Board of Directors.

Completed applications must be received by Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 5 pm. The election will take place in March, with voting members casting their ballots online or by USPS mail. The station will offer an on-air opportunity for candidates to present themselves.

Candidates must be members of KZYX in good standing by January 31. If you have questions about your membership, you may email Shanks at membership@kzyx.org, or call her at 707-895-2324, ext. 105.

There are four positions open: one for Mendocino County Supervisor District 1 (Redwood Valley, Potter Valley and Calpella), and three at-large seats. A list of Board member responsibilities (contained in the bylaws) is available below, along with an application form.

Candidates must submit an application by 5PM on January 31st, 2024. You may submit the application with your statement by email to elections@kzyx.org, or by regular mail to KZYX Elections, PO Box 1, Philo CA 95466.
