Mendocino Dance Project is offering free weekly dance classes for people with Parkinson's, their family members, and caregivers. Classes offer healthy and fun ways to build strength, coordination, balance, and stability all while using creativity and imagery to inspire movement. This program is made possible in part by The Community Foundation of Mendocino County’s 2025 Fund for Healthy and Inclusive Communities Grant.

More than 220 donkeys call Oscar's Place Adoption Center & Sanctuary home. Located in Hopland, California, Oscar's Place rescues and cares for donkeys in need, providing lifetime sanctuary.
