HAIKU WALK
Free & Open to the Public
Saturday, April 4, 2026 at 2:30 PM
Celebrate National Haiku Writing Month with a guided haiku walk (gingko) with the Ukiah Branch Library. We will meet at the library entrance and walk/roll/stroll around downtown Ukiah on Saturday, April 4 at 2:30 p.m. The haiku walk will be led by Melissa Eleftherion Carr. We will make poems based on visual and aural observations of our surroundings and play with meter, rhythm, and cadence to discover where the syllables take us.
