You’ll like this one –three shows for the price of one. All bringing the exotic sounds of Africa and the Caribbean to the Soper Reese Theatre stage.

Performing first is the Amadou Camara drum and dance group playing a driving percussive beat in the West African style. Baba Shibambo, a Zulu Master Hand Drummer from South Africa, follows, playing the djembe, uudu, conga, marimba, mbira (finger piano), and the haunting Bushman’s bow.

Headlining the night’s electrifying show is Midnight Sun Massive, a reggae fusion band that will grab you by the collar and haul you out onto the dance floor. You won’t be able to resist.

A benefit for the Childrens’ Museum of Arts & Sciences headquartered right here in Lake County.
