On September twenty sixth , the Redwood Valley Grange will host a vintage art show with an appraiser. A group of local families and individuals will bring out vintage paintings to be sold , and viewed.

Also , within the showroom an appraiser will look at your art, analyzing the condition of your art pieces and then will help you evaluate their potential value.

The show is free and the appraiser is ten dollars for 2 pieces.

We will have food and coffee for our guests while viewing. Yes, this is similar to the roadside antique show popular on local media.

The show will start at ten o'clock in the morning and end by three o'clock in the afternoon , giving everybody plenty of time to arrive and participate. Assuming the show goes well, we will do it again in Spring with slightly different theme and slightly larger activity base.

Between the vendors and the appraiser, this should be a very educational show giving people lots of understanding about vintage art and the concept of taking care of old paintings. Hope to see you there for one of the most interesting shows of the year.
