Planning Committee Minutes 6-21-2019

Minutes of the June 18 Planning Committee meeting

 
1. Pooba was present and discussed details of the planning for the 30th.
 
2. David presented the flow chart that was put together by Pooba, Kathy and himself.
 
3.  Discussion of the question of whether the event was going to go on or not. Clarification needed before we proceed to get sponsorship.
 
4. Discussion of the need for committee members, and possibly all board members to seek sponsors for the 30th event.
