Planning Committee Minutes 5-22-2019

1. Discussion about seeking sponsorship for the 30th event. Check in with our underwriters, Sandra and Jeff.
2. Committee requested that David get together with Pooba and Kathy and come up with a flow chart to map out what has been done and what needs to be done for the 30th.
3. Discussion of the split day for the event with different prices for morning and evening.
4. Discussion about bringing in other musicians, such as Steve Winkler, Clay Hawkins.
