Planning committee Meeting 3-21-19

Members Present: David Hulse-Stephens, Stuart Campbell, Ed Keller, Len Tischler

Others: John Azzaro, Jerry Karp, Da Grand Pooba

We discussed more details of the October 19 30th anniversary event. Pooba and David brought a budget for the event which was discussed and generally OK'd.  We discussed the talent and arrangements for the all day event. We set a price of $30 for tickets and hope to sell out the tickets.  The venue can hold up to 400 at a time.

The next discussion was about the strategic plan.  The plan was changed based on discussions with the staff at the station the day before.  The title was renamed "Aspirational Goals" and was OK'd to bring to the full Board at its meeting March 27.  

A mention was made that the attempt to work with the college is still in its early stages.
