KZYX Board Executive Committee Meetings
The KZYX Board Executive Committee rarely meets without the full Board of Directors. Such meetings are held between general Board meetings. Occasions could be for quick solutions to a personnel issue, a decision to spend money on something over $5,000 that can't wait for the next full Board meeting, and other unusual but quickly needed decsions. All Executive Committee decisions need to be approved by the full Board at the following Board meeting.
