Transition Town Mendo Coast is hosting a SCHOOL'S OUT PICNIC on Saturday, June 10. It will begin at 10:30, but feel free to get there later. Likely activities include:

Biking and hiking the trail on the North side of the river

Kayaking, Canoeing, Paddle Boarding

Badminton

Volleyball

Frisbee

Whiffle Ball,

Drumming

Soccer

Hula Hoop Contest

We will have at least three kayaks for people to use, but if you have a kayak, canoe, or paddle board, you may want to bring it. We have a few extra life jackets, but bring one if you have one. And bring a friend. If you have a drum or hula hoop, you could bring those, too.

Picnic lunch at about 12:30. You may want to bring your own lunch or bring a potluck dish to share with others. Please bring your own silverware and dishes.
