The School of Adaptive Agriculture is accepting applications for its 2023 Practicum Program, a fourteen-week immersion in farming and food preparation for those considering a career in small-scale, local, community-oriented food production. Starts May 15th and ends September 1st. With two days of immersive learning at working farms, two days of classroom learning, and one day of field trips to a diversity of farms, ranches, and related operations in Mendocino, Sonoma, and Lake counties, the program is a comprehensive introduction to local food production.
