The Caspar Community presents a New Years Eve Masquerade Ball featuring Mama Grows Funk at the Caspar Community Center. Doors open at 7:30 for mask making and snacks (materials provided). The band starts at 9:00. Proceeds for this event benefit the Caspar Community, a 501C3.
