Madrone Care Network: Supporting Families Through Serious Illness

Please join us for a panel discussion from Madrone Care Network, a local palliative care program. Palliative care is a medical specialty focused on comfort for people living with serious illness. It is appropriate for any age or stage of the illness. MCN team members will share how their interdisciplinary staff works with patients, families, and local partners to improve quality of life and make a meaningful difference for those living with serious illness.
Founded in Mendocino County in 2019, Madrone Care Network now serves nearly 300 patients across Northern California. Their team of specialty-trained clinicians and support staff works closely with families and community partners to ensure compassionate coordinated care.
