The Caspar Fall Fundraising dinner is coming up Sunday, November 9.
The “fiestivities” start at 6:00 p.m., with beer, cider, wine, Margaritas and non alcoholic options to enjoy, as well as flight tasting options of natural wines.
This will be accompanied by smooth jazz by BlackRen and passed appetizers as you peruse the scores of silent auction offerings.

Dinner seating will take place at 7:00 to a family style Oaxacan inspired feast featuring stuffed chicken breasts in poblano cream, pork Adovada, roasted winter squash in black mole (vegan and GF), vegan mushroom tamales and a salad featuring local greens, jicama and pomegranate with a citrus vinaigrette.
Desserts, more music and energetic bidding on the silent auction items will follow.

Tickets are available till November 7 at Harvest Market, at the Caspar Community Center, Monday-Thursday 10:00-2:00, or online reservations can be made at casparcommons.org.
