Crystal and Davey Bowles are hosting a trek with the help of North Striders, through Brooktrails in memory and honor of their son, Sam and his perseverance through all of the struggles he constantly endured, and for their daughter, Bronach for her supporting spirit, strength and continuing zest for life.

We hope this will be a fun way for families to get together, enjoy the outdoors and company of each other and is not exclusive to athletic enthusiasts, but open to everyone. Though Running is not required, we will have some prizes for top finishers of the 5k and 10 mile treks, and a pin for all participants.

The Brooktrails trails are minimally maintained and can be rugged and rough terrain, appropriate attire recommended. If you're interested in volunteering or donating, please contact Crystal Bowles at 916-764-1746.
