The Fort Bragg City Council passed a resolution integrating the CV Starr Community Center into the city, with a compensation plan for employees, effective February 11. Stella Gerkins of KMUD news reports on the presentation by Fort Bragg City Manager Isaac Whippy and Mendocino Coast Recreation and Parks District administrator Moneque Wooden, who is now running the CV Starr center.
