Throughout the five days of Earth Week at Mendocino College, professors and students took part in presentations, art exhibitions, demonstrations and displays focused on climate change and ways to take action to help the planet.
In this story we hear from English Professor Jason Davis and Sociology Professor Taylor Cannon, who gave the final two presentations at the Ukiah campus for Earth Week. Davis talked about the importance of striving to overcome "climate change apathy" and take action, while Cannon discussed how the field of environmental sociology is addressing the challenges of climate change.
