River and Ranch Fire Updates From Calfire

The Mendocino County Sheriff's Office issued mandatory evacuation orders Friday night at 8:37pm for the River Fire in the Hopland area. Calfire reported the fire at 4,000 acres at 7:00pm with 0% containment.

Calfire reported the Ranch Fire Friday night at 1,000 acres and 0% containment. Two firefighters were injured.
