"Bring your ax, your voice, your dancin' shoes, or just your ears!"

Drum Class 5:45-7pm then followed by Dance Class 7-8:30pm

~We study the same rhythm in both classes to learn it both with the drum and then the dance and study it for a full month to have the opportunity to ingrain.

~Come to drum class and follow it by dancing the same rhythm or stay and drum for the dance class. All people, all levels, all bodies are welcome

An evening of live music on NYE featuring Cosmic Family Band, Hillshaker, and Those Guys. 20$ cover charge, 21 and up. Come ring in the new year with music and friends at the beautiful noyo theater while supporting the willits food bank!

KZYX's own DJ Larry Hacken of Heavyweight Sound presents a New Year's Eve celebration at the historic bar, Dick's place. Bring in the New Year by dancing all night to Larry's incredible vinyl Reggae selections. This year featuring guest selector DJ '66.

Wolf Tree plays acoustic Americana at Northspur Brewing every first Friday of the month. Wolf Tree presents a curated mix of Alt Country and Americana songs, and alternates between guitar, mandolin, and octave mandolin – often with harmonica accompaniment. If you enjoy the likes of Townes van Zandt, John Prine, Colter Wall, Son Volt, or Gillian Welch, you’re sure to hear something you love.

SONGWRITING AND UKULELE
The 101s: Songwriting Program Series
Saturday, January 3, 2026 from 3 - 4:30 PM

Join us at the Ukiah Branch Library for a music program series, The 101s. On Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 3 to 4:30 p.m., we will be learning the 101s of Songwriting and Ukulele with Steve Hahm and Rosie Wetzel. Interested in learning some basic songwriting and ukulele chords? All are welcome! Don’t have a ukulele? That’s okay! The Ukiah Branch Library has ukuleles you can check out with a Mendocino County Library card. The 101s program series will have different musical focuses, so stay tuned for more events to come.
