The non profit organization, Mendocino Coast Jazz Society, hosts a “Jazz Jam” every Monday evening, from 6 to 9pm, at Tall Guy Brewing Admission is free, and there is a Swing Dance lesson at 5pm

Live original music from the Mendocino Coast. The Dirt Roosters will be debuting several new originals in addition to playing old faves, chicken songs, and stories about life in Mendocino county. The band's sound is influenced by early Rolling Stones, late 60's garage rock, Tom Petty, Mojo Nixon, mixed in with some funk as the night proceeds. Opening the night of revelry is very special guest, Navarro local Calvin Turnbull, with his mix of singer/songwriter storytelling woven with a hilarious sense of humor.

Mike Fynan returns to teach all the dances for the Contra Dance, a lively form of American Folk Dance.
Live music by the group, Raise the Rafters. Suitable for all ages.
No partner needed. Contra Dance tradition is to change partners for each dance. $5-$15

Willits Center for the Arts presents ‘DUETS’ , a musical collaboration with Spencer Brewer and friends on Mother’s Day, Sunday May 11, 2025.

This special concert with musical stylings from jazz to classical, will feature four separate musical offerings with well-known artists pairing up on piano, violin, saxophone, vocals, and traditional Chinese instruments.
Beverages and nibbles will be served. Doors open at 3:30, music begins at 4pm. Tickets are $25 online at www.willitscenterforthearts.org, or at the door for $30. Join us for a unique and enjoyable musical afternoon honoring all moms, Sunday, May 11th, 2025, in the Great Room at Willits Center for the Arts.
