The non profit organization, Mendocino Coast Jazz Society, hosts a "Jazz Jam" every Monday evening, from 6 to 9pm, at Tall Guy Brewing, 362 N Franklin St in Fort Bragg. Admission is free, and there is a Swing Dance lesson at 5pm

Drum Class 5:45-7pm then followed by Dance Class 7-8:30pm
~We study the same rhythm in both classes to learn it both with the drum and then the dance and study it for a full month to have the opportunity to ingrain.
~Come to drum class and follow it by dancing the same rhythm or stay and drum for the dance class. All people, all levels, all bodies are welcome

Rhythm, folk songs, romanticism and carnival animals come together and come to life! Pianist Amy Zanrosso and cellist Evan Kahn will be performing Bohuslav Martinu’s dance-filled Sonata No. 1, Ralph Vaughn Williams gorgeous and “treated with love” Studies in Folk Song and Rachmaninoff's romantic and drama-filled Sonata for Cello and Piano. The concert and season finale will feature a big party of musicians romping through The Carnival of the Animals, Camille Saint-Saëns humorous depictions of lions, chickens, turtles and even….music critics. Not to be missed!
