The Ukiah Branch Library invites families and folks of all ages to visit our reading station at the Ukiah Farmers Market every Saturday, May through October. This longstanding, volunteer-run program provides an hour of age-appropriate read-alouds to market goers from 10 – 11 a.m., weather permitting. We hope to see you there.

Please note that rain and/or temperatures exceeding 95 degrees Fahrenheit will cancel Saturday’s Farmers Market Reading Time. English Country Dance is a fun, friendly, folk dance for everyone. Newcomers are always welcome, There is a caller who teaches the steps to the dances at 7:30-8PM, and calls each dance throughout the evening
(8-10PM). The "Take a Dance" Band plays for the monthly dances. Find more information and calendar of upcoming dances at our website, www.mendoecd.org
Bring your water bottle and wear comfortable, smooth-soled shoes. Mask wearing is optional. Of course, if you do not feel well, please stay home. You don't need a partner; everybody dances with everybody. Come join us.

English Country Dance is Fun, Friendly, Folk Dance for All! Live music with "Take a Dance" the Mendocino ECD Orchestra. No partner or previous experience necessary. Please wear comfortable, smooth-soled shoes.
Lesson at 7:30, Dancing 8:00 to 10:00pm. All dances taught and prompted.
