Queer Tango Mini Bootcamp

This event teaches the basic steps and knowledge of social tango dancing with a dedication to centering the interests and safety of queer folks and allies in the community. Unlike traditional tango, queer tango is an inclusive social environment where you are free to express yourself in the role(s) you choose. The goal is to make meaningful connections through dance.

This crash course will get you partner dancing in no time! Class will give you the tools to connect with yourself and others as you learn the basic steps. Then, learn the social etiquette through a series of interactive games! Come learn, hang out, ask questions, and support your local queer community.
