The Noyo Harbor District has begun planning for the redevelopment of the marina. Funded via the Coastal Conservancy, this project focuses on the transition from wood to concrete dock while potentially updating the marina's current layout. e want to know how you use the harbor today, what you’d like to see in the future, and how we can best support the needs of our fishing community, local economy, and the environment.
