Members Attending:  David Hulse-Stephens, Stuart Campbell, Len Tischler, Ed Keller, Heidi Dickerson

Members Absent:  Jeff Parker

Chair’s Remarks:  Chair listed several long-term potential initiatives discussed in earlier meetings or brought up by the Board.  Committee decided that current issues (be low) are the priorities and the others can be postponed for now.

Old Business: 

1.     Len presented a questionnaire and the committee reviewed it thoroughly.

2.     The reviewed questionnaire was approved and will be brought to the Board.

3.     Discussion about how to disseminate it and get as many responses as possible.

4.     Result: it will be included with the ballot and put on the web site in an obvious location on the home page.

5.     This decision will be brought to the Board.
