There are three County Supervisor seats up for election in Mendocino County on March 3rd: 1st District (Potter Valley, Redwood Valley, Talmage), 2nd District (Ukiah), and 4th District (Fort Bragg and northern Mendocino).
With Carre Brown of Potter Valley and John McCowen of Ukiah retiring at the end of this term, two new faces are sure to be on the board. Fourth District incumbent Dan Gjerde is facing a challenge from current Fort Bragg Council member Lindy Peters.
KZYX is featuring live one-on-one interviews with all nine candidates at 6pm every weeknight, starting Monday, February 3, opening the phone lines to give listeners a chance to ask questions of each candidate directly.
