August 20, 2019--2nd District Supervisor John McCowen joined host Alicia Bales in the Philo studio after an all-day meeting of the Board of Supervisors, where a declaration was passed to observe Indigenous People's day in Mendocino County. He talked about the meeting, discussed his priorities on the board, and answered questions from callers.
