April 4, 2019 -- Today we’ll hear from two people in Covelo, who still farm according to the principles of harmony between the garden and the gardener, the buyer and the seller, and the people and animals who use their living power to work the land.
Stephen and Gloria Decater founded Live Power Community Farm in the 1970s, with the idea of funding their dream by community supported agriculture and community education, all of it powered by living things: draft animals, the sun, and the strength of people working together. We’ll hear them talk about their inspiration, how they learned to live their dream, and their hopes for the future.
