Tequio Community Farm Plans Disrupted By Government Shutdown

As the United States federal government shutdown enters it’s record breaking 28th day, among the millions across the country who have been impacted are two local farmers, Hunter Flynn and Isabel Quiroz, the couple who own and operate Tequio Community Farm- a small 1.5 acre plot located on the Golden Rule property just south of Willits. Flynn estimates that the impact of the shutdown could end up costing them 20-25% of their previously projected revenue this year.
