Cannabis stakeholders weigh in on non-cultivation ordinance

A new iteration of a non cultivation Ordinance for Mendocino County was accepted at the Mendocino County Board of Supervisor's special meeting on Tuesday, May 23. That is according to Jude Thilman, owner of Dragon Fly Wellness Center, a dispensary in Fort Bragg. She said a number of people responded to the written documents that came from Mary Lynn Hunt, Chief planner for the county planning and building services. They included cultivators, manufacturers, dispensary owners, and others in the industry, she provided Kzyx with the details from this part of the meeting.
