The California Department of Food and Agriculture is offering millions of dollars in grant funding, under the Budget Act of 2018, to support what they call Climate Smart farming practices across the state. Britta Baskerville of the University of California Cooperative Extension Office is a Community Education Specialist assisting local farmers in qualifying for the grants.
