KZYX Mind Body Health Probes Post-Fire Emotional Trauma

Dr Marvin Trotter, host of the biweekly KZYX healthcare program Mind Body Health, on Tuesday 7 November 2017 interviewed Dr Paul S. Otto, PhD, a retired clinical psychologist, about the post-traumatic stress disorder that many survivors of the recent wildfires are experiencing here in Mendocino, Lake, Sonoma and Napa counties.

Dr Trotter, whose home in Redwood Valley was destroyed in the fire, discussed his own experience of coping with personal trauma while continuing his work in the emergency room of the Ukiah Valley Medical Center, treating neighbors for their physical injuries and emotional trauma.
