Lia Morsell founded the Fort Bragg Alleyway Art Project in 2018 to encourage foot traffic in Fort Bragg. Three years later, there are five new murals in the downtown area, plus three pending; an infusion of funding; and a track record of cooperation and mutual satisfaction from business owners, artists and city government.
