Some of my radio expirence includes:

Operations Manager/Chief Studio Engineer, FCC designated Chief Operator, KRSH MD/PD, KRSH Morning Show Host at Wine Country Radio in Santa Rosa (owned by Sinclair Telecable...not the ugly one, small family owned). I supervised all the facility technical aspects of 5 radio stations (KRSH, KSXY, KNOB, KXTS, HD2-LATINO) at WCR, as well as the facility infrastructure (phones, telcom, studios, etc.).

On the live side of the mic, I was M-F morning 6-11am DJ at KRSH FM 95.9. "Krush" is an Americana/Roots/Blues heritage station that was exceptional in it's day.
I had a long strange trip being on Krush and working for Wine County Radio for 23+ years. WKRP comes to mind.

In addition to being Operations Director, I was also Program Director and Music Director at KRSH for 12+ years. I was tasked with being the MD/PD for a couple of other stations through the years as well.

Music was the whole reason I was there at Krush. It was all about the music. I wouldn't trade that for anything. I had the privilege of being mentored (from day one), by free-form FM, radio hall of fame personality, Bill Bowker. Thank you Bill.

Music is a passion, and live music to me even more so - This is a list of some of the artists I have done live sound for radio broadcast, and/or interviewed...btw, not in any particular order...why so many? Because I LOVE these music makers. They are my musical heros, and I can't believe I was there.

Like I said, Long Strange Trip...

Another thing I am thankful to have done at KRSH, is a show I did called Thursday Night Live. I would have a live local band on every week (sounds crazy to me now). I had a couple of hundred local bands on during it's run.

I recently had the privilege to work with world-renowned artist Ashwini Bhat, doing sound design for her permanant art installation at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco. It is located just outside of the South Asian Galleries. What Will It Take / For Us To Awake?

I enjoy playing music, and play out solo as well as in the band "Tribal Hippie Under Ground Zone" (The THUGZ), and sometimes sit in wiith friends.
