Scott Hockett was elected to the Fort Bragg City Council for the first time and Lindy Peters was re-elected. Lindy Peters received 1,354 votes or 28.60% and Scott Hockett received 1,110 votes or 23.45%.

Other candidates:

  • Ryan Bushnell received 888 otes or 18.76%
  • Bethany Brewer received 759 votes or 16.03%
  • Mel Salazar received 623 votes or 13.16%

Five candidates competed for two seats on the Fort Bragg City Council. Preliminary returns showed the following:

  • Lindy Peters, the incumbent, received 530 votes, or 32.34%
  • Scott Hockett, a local business owner, received 373 votes, or 22.76%
  • Ryan Bushnell, an equipment operator, received 285 votes, or 17.39%
  • Bethany Brewer, a personal trainer, received 272 votes, or 16.60%
  • Mel Salazar, a talent manager and a mother, received 179 votes, or 10.92%
