Native Grass Restoration Outdoor Workshop

The Eel River Recovery Project invites the public to a native grass restoration field trip to the Cahto Creek Ranch on Sunday, July 20. Native grass experts will talk about how to identify native grass species, how to collect their seeds, and how manual labor and cultural fire can be used to restore native grasses. Those interested should convene at the Eel River Recovery Project office at 44960 North Hwy 101, Unit 6 in Laytonville next to Fosters Market and co-housed with Westwood Realty.
