Storms expected for the next ten days

State and local agencies are gearing up for a couple of storm systems that they expect will cause flooding, high winds and surf, and snow, mostly at higher elevations. Governor Gavin Newsom has activated an emergency center so that various state agencies are prepared to collaborate in the event of road washouts, levee breaches, or other damages.
