At a meeting hosted by the Grass Roots Institute on May 17th, representatives from the Coastal Commission defined the elements of a local coastal program and reviewed the grant requirements. Representatives from the Commission, County and Coastal Cities answered questions about how the money will be used and some of the goals they hope to achieve.
