As of Saturday evening, Board Chairman Bob Page with the consent of the Board members has cancelled the December 3 meeting in Fort Bragg because of rain and uncertain road conditions.  We'll announce a rescheduled meeting when the Board decides when it will be.  Meanwhile, please read my December General Manager's Report.
