In Memory of Michael Kisslinger

Michael Kisslinger, former programmer and contractor for KZYX, passed away recently. There will be a memorial held in Todd Grove Park in Ukiah on Thursday, July 23rd at 6:00PM. He was a good friend to this station and to a great many people in the county.  He will be greatly missed.  We have been told that in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Community Foundation in his memory.  Follow this link to his obituary.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

With Syria in the news, have you wondered why the U.S. has a double standard on Weapons of Mass Destruction? We want to outlaw chemical weapons, yet Israel has the third largest nuclear weapons arsenal in the world. We pretend those hundreds of nukes don't exist.

"All About Money" returns to KZYX on Friday, September 20, at 9 am, Pacific Time, with a special edition show on the business of the Israeli Nuclear Weapons Industry.

Our first guest is Sam Husseini, communications director for the Institute for Public Accuracy. He wrote the piece, "The Absurd U.S. Stance on Israel's Nukes: A Video Sampling of Denial". Our second guest is Grant Smith. He is the director of the Institute for Research: Middle Eastern Policy. Smith is also the author of six books, including "Spy Trade: How Israel''s Lobby Undermines America's Economy".

John's co-host for this program will be Jeff Blankfort, host of "Takes on the World". He is the former editor of the Middle East Labor Bulletin and co-founder of the Labor Committee of the Middle East.
